I ordered this cable for my dad that lost his and recieved something totally different. I wasnt heart broken over a 3 dollar cord but replied to the company just to let them know. Though I cant give feed back on the actual item, the customer service I recieved was good. I was refunded my money without asking (as i already took it as a loss)and ordered again.

This was the second time order as the one from the first order was lost. Because of my experience with the item that had been used for a year without any problem, there was no hesitation when the order was placed for the second time. As a customer living in MA I did not rush to ask where my stuff was as it took about two weeks for the delivery. When received, it did not work:unable to charge the device. When the seller was contacted with the problem, the service was great: no hassle, no question, no request for the return of the defective item for an exchange even if offered; As the credit was issued for the refund, another order had to be placed: faster delivery and has been working fine
