Had this installed in under two minutes. Cleaned the screen with the provided cloth, pulled the first tab, lay flat on Zune with a credit card as suggested. Peeled the second tab and was done. I noticed no difference in touch screen responsiveness nor could I tell it was on without looking very close. After a couple of week I have noticed no damage to the protector. Excellent product!

Although the screen protector intself is fine the instructions are not. The package says to remove the red labled side first. After doing that and realizing something was wrong, I saw a tiny "2" on the red labled side. As anyone who has installed screen protectors knows, it is almost impossible to flip a protector once it is installed so now I have to order another. A "5" for protector quality + a "0" for instructions equals a "3" rating.

You need a protector and I would get the 3 pack because its easy to screw up installing this thing. It only goes on one way...

it's nearly impossible to put the film on without bubbles, so just expect that. It also doesn't look as clean as the actual Zune screen and mine has picked up some scratches already and I've only had it on for a couple of weeks. I would recommend this if you never plan to do any kind of strenuous activity with it. If you do, I'd just opt for a case with a screen protector built in. There's a reason they send you more than one protector... It's ok, not great, but ok. Your Zune won't get scratched, but you also lose some quality.

Little bit of effort to get it on just right but after that, flawless. It's still in the exact position it was on day one. No wrinkles, bubbles or movement in the least. Wouldn't expect problems with something as simple as this but there's a lot of cheap crap out there on the market. This is not cheap crap even though it's inexpensive. Couldn't be happier.
